Pete Muroski, nurseryman, environmentalist and native landscape contractor founded Native Landscapes, Inc. in 1987 in rural Dutchess County, New York. Pete has guided his business, toward the goal of working together with nature. His common sense garden practices are naturalistic in approach and sustain cleaner air, soil and water.

In addition to the Native Landscapes Garden Center and landscaping services, Pete also brings “The Living Landscape Journal” to Sirius Radio as a series of informative spots about ecological gardening airing throughout the day on the Lime Radio channel. He's also developing a friendly do-it-yourself television program for native landscaping enthusiasts.
